5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment
Payment for services, such as car key replacement, repair, or locksmith work, must be made in full upon completion of the job. All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees.
5.2 Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for services that have been provided, except where required by applicable law.Service cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. Requests for cancellations must be made by contacting us at info@eaglecarkeys.co.uk or 0330 043 5442.Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
5.3 Warranties
Replacement Keys: We provide a 12-month warranty on replacement keys, covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, loss, theft, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.Ignition Workmanship: We provide a 6-month guarantee on ignition workmanship, covering defects in our service. This guarantee does not cover damage due to improper use, accidental damage, wear and tear, or external factors.Any warranty or guarantee provided by us is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
5.4 Insurance
Eagle Car Keys maintains appropriate insurance cover for the services it provides, including public liability insurance, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limits of the relevant insurance policy. Evidence of insurance may be provided upon reasonable request.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, imagery, and other materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Eagle Car Keys and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from such materials without our prior written consent.
